The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay.
I had major issues with my room. The description mentioned a balcony with a city view, but what I got was a cramped space with merely an obstructed view of air ducts and walls. To make matters worse, the AC was essentially locked, leaving the room warm and uncomfortable throughout the night. This was compounded by constant noise from the elevator, making it impossible to relax in peace.

i'm still reeling from my stay at this 'boutique' hotel. noise from the street was unbearable, leaving me sleep-deprived. i also expected a room upgrade, but alas, no special treatment for me. even the towels were tiny and thin. almost thought about a good review but just couldn't. shocking!

The location is exceptional, with easy access to local attractions, and the staff are genuinely helpful and welcoming. However, breakfast consistency was an issue, with cold hot food being served multiple mornings. Room cleanliness could use attention, as some areas felt neglected during my stay.

pleasant stay with a few hiccups
The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and ample, perfectly suited for relaxation. The hotel is conveniently located near many cultural and historic sites. I enjoyed the breathtaking mountain view during breakfast.
The Skybar Terrace was agreeable, but the dinner service could be improved.

Couple looking for a unique stay
We enjoyed our spacious room that had a nice deck for scenic views of the Andes and a comfortable mattress. The rooftop bar was a highlight, where we shared laughs over good food and drinks, while watching the sunset – it really brought us closer together.
It was not inexpensive, but the experience was still acceptable.
